Are you wanting to challenge yourself? Are you ready to start now? You’re in luck! These workouts are the EXACT workouts I used in my live group challenges I ran in the past that multiple people have been requesting for anytime access! I have decided that there is no better time to start than now!
My goal for you at the end of this Challenge is for you to have created healthy habits to take with you beyond these 8 weeks and turn it into a lifestyle! I am here for you along every step of the way! I believe that the best part about my Anytime Challenge is gaining access my private HanJam Fitness Community. In this virtual group, everyone is extremely supportive, helpful, and like minded. You will also have access to my live Q&A’s, as well as learn a ton of fitness & nutrition tips along the way!
- 8-weeks of gym + home workouts (lifting, HIIT, cross training, cardio)
- You will have the option to complete your workouts at the gym, home, or mix it up as your week goes! The home workouts will always be the workout mash ups (Rounds for time, EMOM’s, and/or AMRAP’s) found at the bottom of your gym workout for that day. They will require little to NO equipment. The variety of this 8 week protocol is endless, so you’ll never get bored!
