I have been an NASM Certified Personal Trainer since February 2018. I grew up dancing for 13 years, which led me to wanting an active lifestyle. After ending my dance career, I stepped out of my comfort zone and into the gym. In 2016 I began my bodybuilding journey of losing 65 pounds (started at 200lbs) to prepare for my first bikini competition in May 2017. During this time, I found my passion for weight lifting and living a balanced, healthy life while building confidence and strength through food and fitness. It is my mission to show others strong is better than skinny and restriction is never the answer!
